Terms of Service

1. Who these terms cover

These Terms apply when you browse Getmocho or request Website & Business Automation or social media management and content-creation services from Getmocho (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person or business placing or managing an order. Before a paid service begins, your order confirmation will identify the selected package, price, billing period, add-ons, channels, and included deliverables. Those order details form part of these Terms.

2. Social media services and scope

We create social-media designs and written content for the channels and monthly quantities stated in your selected package. Indonesian and English versions are included for the content covered by the package. They are language adaptations of the same concepts and do not double the number of original content items. Revisions, delivery batches, and channel limits follow the package description and confirmed brief.

Every package includes a detailed monthly performance report based on the work delivered and the account insights you make available. Reporting depends on timely, sufficient access to platform analytics. We do not promise a particular number of views, followers, leads, sales, or other campaign results.

A website, ongoing website updates, SEO-minded content, or a domain is included only when it is expressly listed for your selected eligible package and confirmed in writing. Where a domain is included, that benefit lasts while the qualifying subscription remains active. Renewal, transfer, and any fees after cancellation must be agreed separately.

Advertising spend, ad-account management, direct-message or WhatsApp handling, photography, video production and influencer/UGC work are not included unless the order explicitly says they are. Scheduling and posting approved package content on the agreed platforms are included, subject to authorised account access and client approval.

3. Price, billing, and payment

Social media prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise. Automation base prices are in USD; the quote confirms the billing currency. You may choose monthly or annual billing when offered. Annual billing is charged upfront for 12 months and is priced at 10% below 12 monthly payments at the same package rate. Any add-ons and applicable taxes or payment fees will be shown before you confirm payment.

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. The provider may apply its own terms and privacy notice. Getmocho does not ask you to send card PINs, banking passwords, or one-time codes. Your subscription or service period starts after payment is confirmed and the onboarding information needed to begin has been received.

If recurring billing is enabled and shown at checkout, the subscription renews for the billing period displayed there until you cancel. If recurring billing is not enabled, renewal requires a new payment. We will make the billing period and amount visible before you authorize a payment.

4. Your responsibilities and approvals

Please provide accurate business information, brand guidelines, approved offers, and content assets you have the right to use. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims about your products or services, and for securing any permissions needed for supplied images, logos, testimonials, or other materials. Do not share social-media passwords; use platform-approved access permissions where analytics access is needed.

Please review drafts and provide consolidated feedback within the timeline agreed for your package. Delayed assets, approvals, or access may move delivery dates. Revisions cover reasonable changes to the agreed brief and are limited to the number in the package; a new direction or additional work may require a new quote.

5. Cancellation, refunds, and service issues

You may request cancellation before the next renewal. Unless your order confirmation says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not automatically refund the unused portion of that period. We will review duplicate or unauthorized charges, service not delivered, and other refund requests fairly and in line with applicable law and the payment provider’s process. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

For billing questions or a cancellation, use the customer-support contact shown in your order confirmation or receipt. Keep your payment reference so we can locate the transaction.

6. Social content rights

After full payment, you may use the final deliverables created specifically for your order in your business communications and social channels. We retain rights to our pre-existing methods, templates, and tools, and third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses. You retain ownership of the materials you provide and allow us to use them only to perform the service. We will not identify your business or publish your work as a case study without your permission.

7. Pauses, termination, and changes

We may pause work while a payment is overdue, essential information is missing, or a request would breach law or platform rules. Either side may end the service for a material breach that is not corrected after reasonable notice. We may update these Terms; material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated before they affect an active subscription.

8. Results, liability, and applicable law

Social performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including audience response, platform changes, the client’s offer, and publishing activity. Our service covers content creation, scheduling, publishing and reporting, without guaranteeing business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for losses caused by its own breach or unlawful conduct. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, subject to any mandatory rights or dispute-resolution rules that apply to you.

Premium website

Premium includes a business website with first-year domain registration, SEO optimization focused on services, relevant topics and business relevance and regular website content updates while your monthly or annual Premium subscription is active. This dedicated SEO website can complement your existing website through relevant service pages and regularly updated business content, supporting search relevance, rankings and visibility. We agree the website structure, content, domain eligibility and update schedule during onboarding. Updates can cover business information, services, offers and useful content relevant to your audience. Domain renewal after the first year, hosting arrangements and any additional development costs are confirmed before work begins. The website and updates support discoverability; search rankings, traffic and sales are not guaranteed. The other plans do not include this website benefit.

Website & Business Automation: scope and fees

This separate managed service has a base fee of Rp18.000.000 for setup plus Rp5.000.000/month. Before work begins, the written order confirms the standalone website and purchased domain, dashboard, workflows, integrations, delivery milestones, acceptance checks, support, billing start date and usage allowances. The social media annual discount does not automatically apply. API usage and connected subscriptions are included only within the agreed limits; extra usage, paid channels and additional modules require an approved quote.

Automation approvals, access and dependencies

Clients must have authority to connect accounts and process the customer data supplied. Use official delegated access; do not share email passwords. Human review is the default for AI reply drafts. Automatic sending runs only under explicitly approved rules, recipients and limits. AI outputs may be inaccurate and must be checked before business-critical use. Provider outages, permission changes and quota limits may interrupt workflows. Monitoring and routine fixes do not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted service or a response-time SLA unless expressly agreed.

Managed assets, business data and cancellation

GetMocho holds and manages the automation domain registration, source code, system and technical service accounts. The client receives use of the managed service, not an automatic transfer of these assets. Clients retain rights to supplied business data; the social content licence above does not transfer automation code or infrastructure. Any paid code, domain, account or system handover requires a separate written agreement. Before launch, the service agreement must document cancellation notice, access end dates, business-data export, retention/deletion arrangements, domain renewal and continuity options. Hosting and workflows end with the active service unless an alternative is agreed. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
