Rp18.000.000 one-time setup plus Rp5.000.000/month. The written quote confirms billing currency, domain terms, included API usage, integrations and support. Usage is not unlimited. Higher usage, WhatsApp, booking, invoicing or custom modules require a separately approved quote. The social-plan annual discount does not automatically apply.

Yes. We can build a dedicated website and business workspace alongside it. We agree the domain structure and integrations before building.

No. Supported email accounts connect through authorized permissions. We confirm the provider and access scope first. You can revoke access; revoking it may stop the workflows that depend on it. System email delivery and inbox access are separate connections.

No. Human review is the default for AI reply drafts. Automatic acknowledgements or other sending run only under explicitly approved rules and limits. AI can make mistakes, so business-critical information needs review.

GetMocho holds and manages the domain registration, system, code and technical accounts. Clients use the service and retain rights to their supplied business data. Source code, domain and account transfer are not included; a paid handover requires a separate written agreement.

Before launch, the agreement records notice requirements, the access end date, data-export arrangements, retention, domain renewal and any paid handover. Hosting and automations depend on an active managed service unless an alternative is agreed.

No. Premium is a social media plan with a dedicated SEO-focused website, first-year domain and regular website content updates during an active monthly or annual subscription. The automation workspace and business workflows are a separate service.

One original content piece is one poster, flyer, carousel or written social post with its caption. Micro includes 12 original feed posts (10 static designs and 2 carousels of up to 4 slides each), plus 8 Story frames adapted from those feed posts. Story adaptations are additional formats rather than new original concepts. Channel adaptations do not multiply the original piece count.

A platform means a social network, such as Instagram or Facebook. Micro includes 1 agreed platform, Starter up to 2, Growth up to 3 and Premium up to 4. We prepare appropriate versions of the same original content and schedule and publish approved posts on those platforms. For example, Starter includes 12 original ideas, not 12 different ideas per platform. Platform suitability and access are agreed at onboarding.

Story adaptations are static vertical images made by resizing or rearranging approved feed content. One frame means one Story image, not one day of posting. They do not require filming, video editing, a presenter or UGC. Micro includes 8 adapted Story frames each month.

Yes. Annual billing is paid upfront for 12 months at 10% below the equivalent monthly total.

Yes. Every plan includes scheduling and posting approved package content on the agreed platforms. You provide authorised access and approve content and dates before publishing. Paid ad management and replying to comments or DMs are separate services.

Please provide accurate business and offer details, your logo or brand guidelines, and product photos or other assets to use. Share platform insights or grant agreed analytics access so your monthly report can include account performance. Timely feedback helps keep delivery on track.

Micro and Starter include one revision per original post. Growth and Premium include up to two revisions per piece. Micro is delivered in two monthly batches, with feedback collected together for each batch. A revision is a focused adjustment to the agreed brief, rather than a completely new concept.

Each plan includes a detailed monthly report covering the content delivered, available reach and engagement, top-performing posts, key learnings and recommendations for the next month. To report account metrics, we need platform insights access or the relevant analytics shared by your team.

No. We create the content and report on available performance, but audience growth and sales depend on many factors, including your offer, market, publishing consistency and audience response. We use monthly insights to help you make better-informed content decisions.

Yes. Every plan includes Indonesian and English versions of its included posts, captions and Story adaptations at no extra language fee. You may use one language or both. These are language adaptations of the same approved concepts, so the monthly original content count does not double. Existing channel and revision allowances apply; feedback for both languages is reviewed together.

Premium includes a business website with first-year domain registration, SEO optimization focused on services, relevant topics and business relevance and regular website content updates while your monthly or annual Premium subscription is active. This dedicated SEO website can complement your existing website through relevant service pages and regularly updated business content, supporting search relevance, rankings and visibility. We agree the website structure, content, domain eligibility and update schedule during onboarding. Updates can cover business information, services, offers and useful content relevant to your audience. Domain renewal after the first year, hosting arrangements and any additional development costs are confirmed before work begins. The website and updates support discoverability; search rankings, traffic and sales are not guaranteed. The other plans do not include this website benefit.
